Taylor and Sammy’s Romantic Jeune Perché Estate Wedding

Taylor and Sammy’s Jeune Perche Estate wedding was filled with gentle, genuine moments and thoughtful details that allowed the beauty of the property to take center stage. As their wedding photographer, one of the things I noticed immediately was the tenderness between them. They treated each other with so much care throughout the day, and that quiet connection came through naturally in their photographs.

The Jeune Perché Estate Wedding Venue

Jeune Perché Estate has a distinctly European feel, with white stucco walls, terracotta rooflines, climbing greenery, and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces throughout the property. The estate feels polished without being overly formal, and its architecture gives couples several beautiful backdrops before the ceremony even begins. For Taylor and Sammy’s wedding, the neutral exterior and surrounding landscape created a clean backdrop for the day’s white and deep-red details.

Getting Ready at Jeune Perché Estate

One of the advantages of having a wedding at Jeune Perché Estate is that both partners can get ready on the property in spaces that feel intentionally designed for the experience.

The groom’s room features rich blue walls, displays of wine bottles, and contrasting textile curtains. Window light fills the room beautifully, creating a warm and dimensional setting for candid photographs of the groom and his wedding party preparing for the day.

The bridal suite has an entirely different atmosphere. Bright, white, and airy, it provides a clean background that photographs beautifully without feeling plain. Its balcony overlooks the property and offers another lovely location for bridal portraits, quiet getting-ready moments, or a private first look.

Having both spaces on-site also makes the beginning of the wedding day feel more relaxed. Everyone can settle in, enjoy the morning, and remain close to the ceremony and reception areas.

Jeune Perche Estate Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony arch is one of the most distinctive features of Jeune Perché Estate, and Taylor and Sammy softened it beautifully with draping. The fabric gave the structure a more romantic feel, balancing the clean architectural lines and adding movement and softness to the ceremony space.

After the ceremony, we used the arch for portraits before moving into the grassy field beside the ceremony area.

This part of the property has a more natural feeling, with open greenery and an understated landscape that gave Taylor and Sammy’s photographs a softer, less structured quality.

The contrast between the architectural ceremony backdrop and the surrounding field allowed us to create a varied portrait gallery without leaving the property.

Cocktail Hour in the Courtyard

Guests gathered in the estate’s courtyard for cocktail hour. The courtyard feels polished and intimate, with an atmosphere that encourages guests to settle in with a drink and enjoy the property.

It also creates a natural transition between the ceremony below and the reception at the top of the hill. Every area feels connected, but each has its own visual identity.

Bougainvillea grows outside the courtyard and provides another beautiful portrait setting. Its vibrant color works especially well against the estate’s neutral exterior, adding a more organic and romantic element to photographs.

Sunset Wedding Portraits

After Taylor and Sammy had time to enjoy their cocktail hour, we returned to the lower portion of the property for sunset portraits.

The walk from the reception area down toward the ceremony site creates one of the most beautiful views at Jeune Perché Estate. At sunset, the landscape becomes warm and luminous, with the open sky and rolling greenery stretching behind the couple.

This gave Taylor and Sammy time to step away from the activity of the reception and spend a few quiet minutes together. Rather than heavily directing every photograph, I allowed them to walk, talk, and interact naturally. Their tenderness toward each other made these portraits feel especially personal.

Reception at Jeune Perché Estate

The reception took place at the top of the hill, where the open layout and surrounding landscape gave the celebration an airy, refined feeling.

Taylor and Sammy kept the design elegant with white florals and deep-red accents, allowing the architecture and natural setting to remain visible. In the daylight, the space felt bright and polished, with every detail standing out clearly against the neutral surroundings.

The hilltop reception area receives exceptional golden light. Because of its position on the property, the setting sun illuminates the space from behind, creating a warm glow across the tables, floral arrangements, and surrounding landscape.

Few venues are positioned in a way that allows the reception space itself to become such a strong part of the sunset experience. At Jeune Perché, guests can enjoy dinner and celebrations while the entire setting changes around them as the sun lowers.

The venue also transitions beautifully throughout the wedding day. The getting-ready rooms offer flattering window light in the morning, the ceremony space remains open and bright, the courtyard feels refined during cocktail hour, and the reception becomes especially striking at golden hour.

Photographing Taylor and Sammy’s Wedding

For couples considering a Jeune Perché Estate wedding, Taylor and Sammy’s day is a beautiful example of how the property can photograph from beginning to end. Between the thoughtfully designed spaces, the soft evening light, and the variety of portrait locations, the venue offers a setting that feels both refined and deeply romantic.

More than anything, Taylor and Sammy’s wedding was defined by the gentleness of their connection. The way they moved through the day together brought a softness to every part of the celebration, and that quiet sense of care is what makes these photographs feel especially personal.
